We hand you a design first, and once you've signed off, our in-house team handles permits, installation and final delivery. One contract, one team.
What happens during the free on-site visit?
We come to your property, walk every corner with you, and listen to how you want the yard to feel. We assess soil, sun, drainage and existing planting, then send you a written summary within 48 hours. No commitment, no obligation. If you'd like to keep going, the next step is a full 3D design — and you only sign once you've seen it.
How do I know my plants won't die in 6 months?
Because we choose every species for South Florida — and for your specific soil and exposure. We don't pull from a generic catalog. Plus, every install comes with a written plant guarantee for the first year. If something doesn't take, we replace it.
What areas do you serve?
Broward County and Miami-Dade County — including Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Weston, Aventura, Key Biscayne and the surrounding cities.
How long does a typical project take?
Design takes 2–3 weeks after the on-site visit. Installation depends on scope — a planting refresh runs 3–5 days, a full yard with lighting and irrigation typically runs 2–4 weeks. We give you a date-by-date schedule before any work begins.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. Permits, HOA submissions, utility locates, and any required arborist sign-offs — all handled by our team. You don't coordinate a single thing.
